Shipping costs and eligibility
Free U.S. shipping on eligible U.S.-stock items. Other shipping rates shown at checkout.
Free shipping applies only when the ordered item and U.S. delivery address qualify for the free shipping option shown at checkout. It does not apply to every product, shipment, or destination. Shipping options and charges are displayed before payment based on the items in your order and delivery address.
Where your order ships from
U.S.-stock items ship from our U.S. fulfillment location. Items without U.S. inventory, including some components and specialized parts, ship from China and may incur shipping charges. Product availability, fulfillment origin, and applicable shipping options depend on the item ordered. Contact us before ordering if the shipping origin or arrival date is important to your project.
Processing and transit estimates
- U.S. warehouse to U.S. addresses: estimated processing time of 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–5 business days in transit.
- China warehouse shipments: estimated processing time of 2–4 business days, followed by an estimated 7–12 business days in transit, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Processing time and transit time are separate; transit estimates begin after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, and item availability can affect delivery. Creating a shipping label does not mean the carrier has collected the package.
International destinations
Orders outside the United States, including Canada, are international orders. We ship only to destinations for which an available shipping option is shown at checkout. U.S. free-shipping eligibility does not extend to international orders. Please contact us before ordering if your destination is unavailable or you need a destination-specific delivery estimate.
For international shipments, import duties and taxes, if applicable and not collected at checkout, are the customer's responsibility. Customs clearance may affect delivery times.
Split shipments and tracking
An order containing items from different fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. Shipping charges for your order are shown at checkout; a free-shipping item does not make other items in the same order free to ship.
Tracking information is sent by email when available. Carrier tracking may take time to update after a label is created or a package is collected. Contact us if you need help locating a shipment.
Availability, urgent orders, and delivery issues
Please contact us before placing a time-sensitive order so we can check stock, fulfillment origin, and delivery options. Do not assume that an item can ship from the United States unless U.S. stock is available for that item. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you about the available options.
Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly about address corrections, delayed packages, or missing deliveries so we can assist with the carrier.
Returns and refunds
Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery. Return authorization, item condition requirements, exclusions, return shipping costs, and refund processing are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Free outbound shipping does not mean free return shipping.
