Polyurethane and Epoxy Injection
Use a compatible polyurethane injection material for water-stopping applications when specified by the resin manufacturer. Use a compatible epoxy injection material when structural bonding is required by the repair specification. Confirm viscosity, pot life, cleaning procedure, and pump compatibility before use.
High-Pressure Injection Safety
Select pressure for the resin, crack, packer, hose, substrate, and repair specification. Monitor the gauge throughout injection. Inspect the hose, coupler, gauge, packers, and connections before use. Wear appropriate eye, hand, and protective clothing, and follow the resin SDS and all site-specific safety requirements.
Battery Compatibility
The SG-999 uses a Makita 18V LXT-style battery interface. A 5,000mAh, 90Wh battery is the reference configuration. Runtime varies with battery condition, injection pressure, resin viscosity, temperature, and operating cycle. Battery and charger are not included.
