Can the same injection pump be used for epoxy and polyurethane?

Some pumps can handle compatible materials from either family, but not every resin is suitable. Check viscosity, mix ratio, cure speed, solvent and cleaning requirements before use. Never allow reactive material to cure inside the pump, hose or valve.

Do I need a single-component or dual-component pump?

Use a single-component pump when the material is supplied as one component or is fully premixed before entering the hopper. Use a dual-component pump when two materials must stay separate until the specified mixing point. The pump ratio must match the resin ratio.

How much injection pressure should I use?

There is no universal pressure setting. Start low and adjust according to the resin, crack width, concrete condition, packer seal and project specification. High-pressure equipment must be inspected before every use and operated with appropriate PPE.
